AVOCADO OIL TREATMENT
1. Shampoo hair or spray hair with water generously.
2. Mash or blend all ingredients together till smooth.
3. Apply mixture to hair.
4. Cover hair with a plastic shower cap (or plastic bag held in place with a headband).
5. Leave for an hour.
6. Rinse with shampoo, towel dry your hair and then style as usual
7. Repeat every two weeks
